You don't need champagne and caviar...this is the perfect cruise, on the ketch "Stormbreaker"! We recently did an overnight cruise, of Mccquarie Harbour, up the Gordon River to a quick stop at Heritage Landing, then up the river into the World Heritage Area and Sir John Falls, to stop overnight and pick up rafters to return them to Strahan the next day. We had such a great time and we want to thank Trevor and Rob for such a great trip. The scenery we passed was absolutely wonderful and the information from Trevor was fascinating and very informative... from trees and creatures, to convicts and fish farming and keeping the World Heritage Area pure. Rob was great getting our meals, which were very yummy, keeping us comfortable and steering Stormbreaker when needed. The best part was the wind was just enough to get the sails out and actually do some "sailing". Thank you again Trevor and Rob. This trip made our time in Tasmania perfect. Ps. Another interesting part was on the return trip, listening to the rafters experience they just had been through. Some had been on 7 days and others 10 days rafting.
