  We had local gummy shark with trout and baked baramundi. Good food, good service! Must make a reservation and worth to wait!

  Had the lobster worth every cent and the dessert is to die for. Staff fantastic happy and helpful. Big thank you to chief wonderful cooking. I give 10 out of 10.

  Visited Strahan whilst on holiday in Tasmania and had dinner at Bushmans. Would recommend making a booking as they do get busy from the river cruise rush in the afternoon/evening. We didn't have a booking but were lucky to be accommodated. Food was good quality and delicious and the place has a nice atmosphere and some tables a nice view out over the river. We did look at a few other restaurants before deciding and this seemed to be one of the better value and atmosphere.

  Excellent use of local ingredients and a real respect for the food make Bushman's the best spot for a meal in the region. I've had nearly half of the items on the menu at this point and every single one of them have exceeded my expectations.

  Food was delicious with huge helpings. Service friendly and helpful. Chef even let us taste samples before eating to help us select.
