  Good location with view of habour (big bay window is a winner). Staff, when seen, are friendly. Room size is normal, but furnishing felt either cheap or old. Bed was comfortable. We were pleased with the stay, but we have stayed in better accomodation in our travels around Tassie (this felt like a lost opportunity given the natural beauty of the location).

  The place is beautiful.. the rooms are clean. There is a mini kitchen (toaster, kettle, microwave, Sink).. no WiFi in the room and reception closes at 4pm

  Had a suite room. Was well presented and had a great view. Only one glass and one coffee cup available in our cupboard.

  What rated this stay down was the fact that we'd gone for a morning run only to get back to the room for an immediate shower and to realise we'd received no towels when we checked in. We visited reception at 8.15am and it was shut. Called the number and no answer, whilst the message we left was dealt with promptly it's not good enough to not have fresh bath towels available in the room. In addition we had no tissues available in the dispenser and fridge shelving was also broken.

  Its a budget accomodation. Bedding needs an upgrade and and bathroom needs a good clean. Nice service though.
